Preserving Your Legacy While Building What's Next
You've built something special. Growing a B2B company means navigating tough decisions, adapting to market changes, and staying committed to your vision. Every founder's journey is different, but the dedication required to build something meaningful remains constant.
Your company represents years of intentional choices—strategic thinking, relationship building, and creating a team that believes in the mission. Whether you've weathered market shifts, evolved with customer needs, or simply focused on creating real value, you've built something worth preserving. If you're considering what comes next, that decision deserves careful thought.
When that conversation happens, you should work with someone who sees the full picture of what you've created—the culture, relationships, and market position that took years to develop, not just the financial performance.
I'm David Katz. I've helped companies scale from $5M to $60M ARR, so I understand what goes into building something that lasts. I work with experienced investors who value operational know-how alongside financial expertise. My background spans VC-backed startups, government, political campaigns, and family businesses—different environments that have taught me what drives lasting success.
I'm looking to partner with one exceptional B2B company owner to carefully grow what you've built while protecting what makes it valuable.

CEO, Temescal Capital LLC
David Katz has deep admiration for entrepreneurs who build companies from the ground up—he's seen firsthand what it takes through his operational leadership roles scaling businesses from $5M to $60M ARR. As Chief Revenue Officer at Tablet Command, he delivered 65% year-over-year growth, and at Quid, he grew new product lines from concept to maturity and always consistently exceeding exceeded sales targets.
His background spans high-growth technology companies and government service, including roles at the White House and U.S. Department of Energy. David holds an MBA from Stanford and lives in San Francisco with his wife and two children.
What excites David is the opportunity to partner with a business owner ready for their company's second act. He brings proven sales experience, extensive professional relationships, and backing from experienced investors who understand long-term value creation. David focuses on understanding what's made a business successful and applying his expertise to unlock its next chapter of growth.
He's looking for one exceptional partnership where founder vision meets operational expertise—preserving what's been built while writing an even better next chapter together.
